La Casa Uno has a beautifully renovated bright, spacious open concept living area that takes advantage of the original thick outside walls to provide warmth in winter and coolness in summer.

The kitchen features modern cabinets and countertop and a bar where people can sit and enjoy a glass of wine and your company while you prepare a wonderful meal. The dining area comfortably seats six and is expandable if more seating is needed.

On this level there is also a half bath and a small office area where you can set up your computer. In addition, there’s a large living room with a beautiful mix of modern and antique furniture and an in-wall wood burning fireplace.

Upstairs there are two large bedrooms with luxurious queen size beds. Each room is also furnished a beautifully refinished antique armoire and chest of drawers, and one also has an antique daybed. The shared bathroom has a large shower and a bidet as well as the usual toilet and sink. Each bedroom has French doors that open on a balcony that runs the full length of the upper floor.

Outside the front door there is a seating area for six to dine al fresco.
