La Case Due has a west and north exposure and has a large open concept ground floor, a fully equipped modern kitchen, a half bathroom, a small breakfast nook, and a large living room with a wood-burning fireplace and French doors to a small patio.

This Casa also has a large dining room, with two pairs of French doors opening to another, large patio. This dining room can accommodate up to eighteen people, so it’s a perfect place to entertain after a day of marketing and cooking with the wonderful local foods.

The large patio, available to both units, is designed for open-air dining and has seating for up to twelve people. It’s equipped with an outdoor kitchen: gas powered stone barbecue, pizza oven (also great for bread!) and a sink with both hot and cold water. It’s topped with a pergola planted with five kinds of eating grapes; umbrellas provide shade over the tables and chairs – another great place to enjoy local food and wine with friends!

Upstairs there are two large bedrooms; one with twin beds, and one with a large queen size bed. The rooms have large antique armoires and one of the rooms has a chest of drawers. Each room has doors to a terrace with incredible views of the rolling vineyard-covered hills, the town in the valley below and the castle of Cisterna d’Asti on the next ridge. On clear days the alpine massif of Monte Rosa dominates the northern view. There are a table and chairs with an umbrella and two lounge chairs on the terrace.
